- Complete the ASA 2026 form:
Log into https://asa.saclubs.co.za/login and update your details on the ASA website.
If your surname recently changed, e.g. due to marriage, please ensure that your surname on ASA aligns with the surname you will use when entering races.
- Download the ASA form from the website by clicking on the green 'Member Form' button.
- Sign the ASA document. If the ASA form is not signed on a 2026 form, you will not be covered by ASA's insurance.
- Alternatively you can download and fill in the blank 2026 ASA form.
Make every effort not to forget your username and password as resetting your password on the ASA site is a manual and tedious process.
2. Complete the Joining BAK 2026 form.
- Pay the required amount into the Bellville AC bank account.

If you are a student or 70+ of age or want other members of your family to join, please see the comprehensive fee breakdown at the bottom of the page.
- Attached the proof of payment to the BAK 2026 form.
- Wait for confirmation that licence numbers are available and note the date and times when collection is possible.
- Collect your license number at the Bellville AC clubhouse at the communicated time. This will typically be on a Thursday between 6pm and 7pm at our clubhouse.
- Once your membership has been verified and after you have collected your physical licence number from the club, the Licence Officer (Lizaan Mouton) will change your status on the ASA website to accepted.
