- Request your current club's licensing officer to release you from your current club on https://asa.saclubs.co.za.
- Once you are released from your current club, contact the Bellville AC Licence Officer (Lizaan Mouton) and request that you be assigned to Bellville AC. Clearly state whether you already have an ASA number for the current year or wish to purchase a new number.
- Complete the Joining BAK 2025 form.
- Pay the required amount into the Bellville AC bank account.

- Attached the proof of payment to the BAK 2025 form.
- Wait for confirmation that licence numbers are available and note the date and times when collection is possible.
- Collect your license number at the Bellville AC clubhouse at the communicated time. This will typically be on a Thursday between 6pm and 7pm at our clubhouse.
- Once your membership has been verified and after you have collected your physical licence number from the club, the Licence Officer (Lizaan Mouton) will change your status on the ASA website to accepted.
