This coming Wednesday the 8th of October 2008 we host one of our annual races, the Prima Tyres Hi-Q Nite 10 km.
The SABC will record the race for their road running show, Tseleng, on SABC 2. We need to be in top gear and for this we need your help.

The race starts at 18h15 at Prima Tyres Hi-Q, Strand Street (extension of Voortrekker road) in Bellville. This is a very popular, fast and flat route.

Since we do not want you to run in this race we have a Marshall Run of this race the following Wednesday, October 15, at 18h00. The marshall run is free of charge and you will receive a medal.
