Route Description
This event offers a scenic, yet challenging and interesting run through the Foothills of the Heuningberg and Soetmuisberg range and through the parts of the Nature reserve.
Notes
• Your race number must be on your left and right arm or both legs, CLEARLY marked with a waterproof permanent marker.
• NO WATER POINTS ALONG THE ROUTE, you are responsible for all your own hydration and supplements.
• You may only leave your foot prints behind, please take all paper/wrappings with you.
• You will be running through parts of a nature reserve, if you litter you will be disqualified.
• There will be enough time for multisport athletes to do the Trail Run and get back in time for either MTB events.
Directions
• From Cape Town take the N2 towards Caledon
• Just past Caledon, turn right to Bredasdorp on the R316.
• Just before entering Bredasdorp, turn right at sign boards.
• Parking and registration will be at the premises of the SAAME Hall.
