• Participants must be 9 years or older
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. In addition to Overall (open) prizes, participants will only be eligible for an age category prize in the age category they enter.
2. Age Categories: 15-19 ; 20-39 ; 40-49 ; 50-59 ; 60+
3. Corresponding age category tags must be worn on the front and back of their club vest.
4. Participants may enter the age category corresponding to their chronological age or any younger category down to senior.
5. Temporary licensed participants are eligible for age category prizes provided they enter the relevant age group, wear the appropriate age tags and provide proof of age.
6. Participants will qualify for age category team prizes based on the individual age category they enter (with corresponding age category tags).
7. No personal seconding will be permitted except at official refreshment stations.
8. Juniors Born 1991 or later wearing a senior or junior license must display their category tags (“j”) to qualify for age group prizes. Juniors will count towards open prizes.
9. Participants must be 15Yrs or older to enter the 10Km race.
10. 2010 Licenses must be worn front and back vest and Club colours must be worn to qualify for team prizes,
11. Entry cards must be in the Athletes possession during the race.
12. Time Limit: 150 Minutes= Runners/Walkers
13. Tog bag facilities will be available at runner’s own risk.
14. Results to be posted to clubs.
15. Any ruling by the race committee will be considered final
16. Participants must obey instructions from Marshall’s /Traffic Officials
17. The organisers accept no responsibility for any accident or injury resulting from participating in this event.
