The Slave Route Challenge will start in front of the Cape Town City Hall in Darling Street and end on the Grand Parade. It will consists of four events; half marathon, 10 km Run / Race Walk, 10 km Big Walk and 5km Fun Run / Walk.
All four events will be passing many historic landmarks built by slaves in the early 1700's. The half marathon and 10 km will run throught District 6 and Bo-Kaap.
