The PW Botha College in George will be the venue for the SA Marathon Championships on Sunday, 5 February 2012 and there is still a small opportunity for those athletes that wish to compete on the day, as individuals should they not be selected by their respective provinces.
To enter as an individual athlete, entries must be done through the residing province and the minimum selection criteria have to be met. Individual athletes have to compete in club colours or unbranded kit.
The qualifying standards are as follows and apply for Marathons between 1 January 2011 and 15 January 2012.
