ASA has implemented a new electronic system for registering athletes for license numbers for 2013.

Athletes are to register themselves, but we will assist members who do not have access to the internet or have trouble using the system. There will be help at the club house this Thursday, 20 December at 18h00.
The site is currently showing Under Maintenance, but you can click on the left most tab, “Register Now”.
Complete all the required information as requested on the system. Make sure you choose Bellville Athletic Club – Road when you register! Your member status will be shown as pending on the system. The club will receive notification that someone wants to join. Either the chairman or secretary will then approve the athlete to join the club and will also allocate a new license number to the member.
You have to print the completed registration screen and bring it along to the club when you collect your license number and make your payment.
Once everything is completed the athlete will be registered at the club, WPA and also ASA. The club will have a complete and updated database of all our members. It will also be possible for members to update any information that may change in future.
Please register as soon as possible in order to identify any issues.
