Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 14 March 2019 at the Bellville Clubhouse.
You will receive the final agenda, nomination list, proxy forms and financial statements in a separate email to review before the AGM.
Please participate - this is your club.

Management Committee Nominations
The following positions are vacated:
  • Chairperson
  • Club Secretary / License Official
  • Treasurer / Assistant Treasurer
  • Communication
  • Events Co-ordinator
  • Men’s Captain
Please nominate a club member who you know to have the necessary skills and time to be of service to the club. You may also nominate a member to contest any of the other positions on the committee. Nominations must be received by 12 March 2019.
